                             Government pension - NFTE cannot claim credit.

NFTE boasts that it ensured payment of government pension to BSNL employees through it's strike. Government agreed to give government pension, only out of compulsion, with a view to overcome the resistance among the employees for the formation of a corporation. The credit goes to the present leaders of BSNLEU, for creating this resistance among the employees. NFTE cannot claim any role in creating this resistance. Why because, right from the beginning they were supporting corporatarisation, and were telling the employees to accept it.

தோல்வி ஜூரத்தில் சில தலைவர்கள் உளறத் துவங்கி விடுவார்கள்.  இப்போது  அந்த நோய்க்கு ஆளாகிவிட்டவர் அபிமன்யூ.

இந்த தேர்தலில்  தான் மிகப் பெரிய பூஜ்யம் என்பது நீரூபணம் ஆகிவிட்டதாலும், அவரது சங்கத்தை 2002 தேர்தல் முதல் ஆதரித்து வந்த SEWA, TEPU  சங்கங்கள், அபிமன்யுவின் ஆணவப் போக்கு, சரண்டர் நிலைபாடு காரணமாக அவரது கூட்டணியிலிருந்து விலகிவிட்டதாலும், இதுவரை காணாத மிகப்பெரிய தோல்வி அபிமன்யு கண் முன்னே தெரிவதாலும், தேர்தல் நாள்  நெருங்க நெருங்க அபிமன்யூ உளறத் துவங்கிவிட்டார்.

பென்சன் பிரச்னையை தீர்த்ததற்கு NFTE சொந்தம் கொண்டாட முடியாது என்றும் BSNLEUவின் Corporation எதிர்ப்பு பிரச்சாரத்தால் ஊழியர்கள் கோபமடைந்து வந்ததை சரிசெய்யவே, வாஜ்பாயி அரசு பென்சன் திட்டத்தை ஒப்புக்கொண்டதாகவும் கதை அளந்து உள்ளார் அபிமன்யூ.

அப்படியென்றால் 2000, செப்டம்பர் போராட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்காமல் காட்டிகொடுத்த நம்பூதிரி/அபிமன்யுவுடன் அல்லவா  அரசு உடன்பாடு போட்டு இருக்க வேண்டும். அது ஏன் இரவோடு இரவாக தோழர் குப்தா அவர்களுடன் உடன்பாடு போட்டது மத்திய அரசு.. அதை துரோக ஒப்பந்தம் என்று கூறி 7ந்தேதி முதல் போராட்டம் என்று நம்பூதிரி கோஷ்டி அறிவித்தது ஏன் ?

இதற்கு அபிமன்யூவால் பதிலளிக்க முடியாது. 

ஏனென்றால்  அபிமன்யூ தனது சிந்தனைத் திறனை இழந்து

விட்டார்.

அபிமன்யூவின் உளறலுக்கு  நம்பூதிரியே கூறிய பதிலை மீண்டும் வெளியிடுகிறோம்.

         BSNL formed

Despite strong protest and strike actions by the Federations and Unions in DOT, the government formed the new telecom corporation, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). It came in to being on 1st October 2000. An agreement was made by the three federations with the government ensuring govt. pension for the BSNL absorbed employees as also regularisation of thousands of casual labour engaged in DOT. Com.OPG played a dominant role in reaching this agreement.

அது போலத்தான் BSNLEUதலைவர்களின் எதிர்ப்பு  நாடகம் 
என்பதை அவர்களின் கடந்த கால வரலாறு நிரூபிக்கிறது.

OTBP/BCR திட்டம் தவறு ! தொழிலாளி வர்க்க துரோகம் 
என்று அன்று நீட்டி முழக்கினார்கள் !! அது அமலான ஒரு 
சில மாதங்களிலேயே அந்த திட்டத்தை  RMS  பகுதி ஓட்டுனர் 
கேடருக்கும் தரவேண்டும் என்று கோரிக்கை வைத்தனர்  !

நவீனமயம் தேசத் துரோகம்! கம்ப்யூட்டர் வந்தால் அதோகதி ! 
அம்போ !  என்று அன்று ஊழியர்களைஅச்சுறுத்தினார்கள் ! 
இன்று அந்த சங்கத்தினர்தான் அதை பயன்படுத்துவதில் 
முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளனர் !!

கேடர் சீரமைப்பு ! கேடர் சீரழிவு !! என்று அன்று ஓலமிட்டனர் !! 
அத்திட்டம் வந்தவுடன் ஓலமிட்டவர்கள்தான் ஓடோடிச் சென்று 
தேர்வு எழுதி TM, TTA, JTO, SDE என பதவி உயர்வு பெற்றனர்.

2004ல் அங்கீகாரம் பெற்றவுடன் அந்நிய முதலீட்டை எதிர்ப்போம் !
என்று நாடெங்கும் கன்வென்ஷன் நடத்தினர். அனைத்து சங்கங்களும் அவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவு கொடுத்த பின்னும் 4-1-2006 அன்று  அரசிடம் சரணடைந்து 5-1-2006 திட்டமிட்ட வேலை நிறுத்த போராட்டத்தை 
வாபஸ் பெற்றார் நம்பூதிரி.

அதன் பிறகுதான்  நமது துறையில் BSNLஐ பின்னுக்கு தள்ளி ,
தனியார் கம்பெனிகள் கோலோச்ச துவங்கின. 

BBNL  கம்பெனி துவங்கி மூன்று வருடங்கள் ஆகிவிட்டன, 
அதைப் பற்றி வாயே திறக்காத சங்கம்தான் BSNLEU.

தற்போதும் டவர் கம்பெனி துவங்க மத்திய அமைச்சரவை 
முடிவெடுத்து பல மாதங்களாகி விட்டது. அதற்கான பூர்வாங்க வேலைகள் துவங்கி விட்டதுதான் உண்மை.

ஆகவேதான், நமது எதிர்ப்பையும் மீறி டவர் கம்பெனி துவங்கப்
பட்டால் ஊழியர்களின் பென்சன் உள்ளிட்ட பிரச்னைகளை 
முன்வைத்து விவாதிக்க வேண்டும் என்று நமது சங்கம் சரியான நிலைபாடு எடுத்து உள்ளது.

  இதனையும் குதர்க்கமாக திரித்து வெளியிடும் BSNLEU வின்
பொய்ப் பிரச்சாரம் ஊழியர்களிடம் எடுபடாது.

டவர் கம்பெனி துவங்கியவுடன் அதற்கென தனது பெயரில் 
புதிய சங்கம் துவங்கவும் தயங்காது BSNLEU என்பதுதான் 
உண்மை.

    The Heavy Loss to Employees due to BSNLEU 


Our Employees lost already more than Rs. 26000 crores due to the 
surrender policy of BSNLEU !


During the past 12 years of its reign BSNLEU has caused immense loss
to our employees with its policy of betrayal and abject surrender to the 
management of BSNL from 2004 to 2016. 

The details are as below:


1. Loss due to denial of Bonus since 2010....Rs.1860 Crores


2.Loss due to denial of medical allowance for the past four years...Rs.8200 Crores.
3. Loss due to surrender of arrears for 78.2% IDA merger since
    01-01-2007....Rs.6100 Crores.

4.Loss due to non- revision of all allowances including Transport allowance
   since 01-01-2007......Rs.7500 Crores .

5.Loss due to the cancellation of order at the insistence of Abhimanyu for
   encashment of ten days of EL on LTC .....Rs.350 Crores.

6. Loss due to Stagnation and Denial of 30% pay rise to all those who were 
appointed on or after 01-01-2007....Rs.1100 Crores.

7. Loss due to refusal to grant HRA on 78.2% IDA even after 10-06-2013....
    Rs.1250 Crores.
If one add all these losses it may be a staggering Rs.26000 Crores and more.
Enough is Enough!
When our employees faced such huge loss during this period , BSNLEU 
received a handsome Rs.52 Crores through subscriptions from hapless 
employees. This is the only achievement of BSNLEU. 

Let us end this ugly situation by defeating that union and electing NFTE as 
the only recognised Union in BSNL on 10-05-2016.

பொய் 

பொய் உரைப்பது நமது பழக்கமல்ல ! 

மகளிர்  ஊழியர்க்கு மாதம் ஒரு நாள் சிறப்பு சிறு விடுப்பு பெற்றுத் தருவோம் என்று சென்ற தேர்தலில் நமது சங்கம் வாக்குறுதி அளித்தது.

நமது சங்கம் அந்த    பிரச்னையை தேசிய கவுன்சிலில் விவாதிக்க கொடுத்த போது  ஊழியர் தரப்புச் செயலர் அபிமன்யு அந்த பிரச்னையை  எடுத்து விவாதிக்க மறுத்தார் என்பது நமது குற்றச்சாட்டு.


கீழே உள்ளவை BSNLEU சங்க வெப்சைட்டில் கடந்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளில் நடந்த தேசிய கவுன்சில் கூட்டங்கள் பற்றிய செய்திகளின்  தொகுப்பு. 

அபிமன்யூ அப்பிரச்னையை எடுத்த விவாதித்தார்  என்ற செய்தி ஒரு இடத்தில் கூட வரவில்லை என்பதை அதை படித்துப் பார்த்தால் தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.

நமது சங்கத் தலைவர்கள் அந்த பிரச்னையை எடுத்து விவாதிக்க வேண்டும் என்று  கடுமையாக வற்புறுத்திய பிறகு  அரைமனதோடு  அப்பிரச்னையை அஜெண்டாவில் சேர்த்தார் என்பதே உண்மை.

[25.09.2014]31^st National Council meeting held. 

The 31^st National Council meeting is held today, the 25.09.2014. Shri A.N. Rai, Director (HR), presided over the meeting. The meeting paid homage to the victims of the unprecedented floods that took place in Kashmir, by observing a minute’s silence. Various issues were discussed in the meeting, a gist of which will be placed in the CHQ website tomorrow. 

01.09.2014]Notification issued for holding the 31^st meeting of the National Council.

The 31^st meeting of the National Council should have been held in the month of August itself, as per the decision taken in the last meeting. However, the same was not held, perhaps due the fact that the Director (HR) is busy, since he is also looking after as the CMD. Com. P. Abhimanyu, Secretary, Staff Side met him on 26.08.2014, and insisted early conducting of the meeting. Accordingly Corporate Office has issued notification to hold the meeting on 25.09.2014.<<<view letter>>>

22.07.2014]Standing Committee meeting held.

The standing Committee of the National Council met today the 22.07.2014. Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, com. V.A.N. Namboodiri, President and com. Animesh Mitra, Dy. GS, participated from BSNLEU. Most of the items are very old items, discussed in the National Council, before 6th verification. Some important items discussed are as follows.<<view details>>

15.04.2014]National Council meeting rescheduled.  It will be held on 23-04-2014.
The National Council meeting has been notified to be held on 22-04-2014. The meeting is now rescheduled, and will be held on 23-04-2014. All members of the National Council are requested to make note of the change of date, and are requested to reschedule their journey accordingly. <<click here>>

24.12.2013]A National Council meeting in the changed scenario. 

After the two unions were recognised as per the New Recognition Rules, the first meeting of the National Council was held on 23.12.2013. This was the first time in the history of BSNL that two recognised unions participated in the National Council. 9 Staff Side members – 5 from BSNLEU and 4 from NFTE – participated in the meeting. The remaining 5 members could not participate since some nominations made by the recognised unions were not accepted by the Management, citing the case going on in the Hon’ble Kerala High Court. The meeting was presided over by Shri A.N. Rai, Director (HR). Both com. P. Abhimanyu, Secretary, Staff Side and com. Islam Ahmed, Leader, Staff Side led the deliberations of the Staff Side members. The discussions were very fruitful, even though many justified issues were not accepted by the Management Side, citing the deteriorating financial position of the Company. There was total unity among the Staff Side members in their approach towards various issues. This was because, the items were submitted to the Management only after mutual discussion between the two recognised unions. Similarly, prior to the National Council meeting, a Staff Side meeting was held on 22.12.2013 to create a unified understanding among the Staff Side members of both the recognised unions. This helped both the unions to speak in one voice before the Management in the National Council meeting. It is needless to say that such a unified approach between the two Recognised Unions will go a long way in solving the issues of the employees and also to safeguard BSNL from the attacks of the government.

23.12.2013]1^st National Council meeting held after 6^th Membership Verification. 

The 1^st National Council meeting after 6^th Membership Verification took place today the 23.12.2013. It was chaired by Shri A.N. Rai, Director (HR). All the Staff Side members were welcomed by the Chairman, with bouquets. All the Staff Side members effectively participated in the discussion. The details of the discussion will be given separately.
